Installation & Configuration
  1. After downloading WebPhone, locate the wpsetup.exe file and double click.
  2. The installation program will then begin. A series of windows will be displayed, allowing you to make selections, accept or change default settings, input data and continue by clicking the Next button or Enter key. Follow the steps in the installation process until the Installation Completed window is displayed.
  3. Select WebPhone from your Start Menu.
  4. When the application is first opened, the Audio Wizard window is displayed. This walks you through the process of configuring your speakers and microphone. Follow the steps through and complete by selecting the Finish button.
  5. Please refer to the NetSpeak WebPhone User's Guide by clicking the "?" button on your WebPhone for more detailed information on installation and configuration.
    Note: Prior to WebPhone activation, you must place at least one WebPhone call. It is strongly recommended that you try WebPhone before you fully activate your account.
