This program is an order entry program that allows the user to easily select the customer that is ordering products. Once the customer is selected, a dialog box is displayed that allows the operator to enter or change information about this invoice such as shipping and billing addresses, invoice memo field selection, and shipping method. This information can be retained for future invoices or can be applied to only this invoice.
After the invoice information is entered a list of the products that this customer has ordered in the past will be presented to the order entry person. This person can then just specify the quantity of each product that the customer wishes to order. If this customer wants to order an item that they have not ordered in the past, that item can be easily selected from a list of "standard items" that have been imported from QuickBooks™.
Once completed, all invoice data will be written to a file that can be easily imported into QuickBooks™. A set of maintenance functions is available to enable the user to import critical information into the program from files exported by QuickBooks™.
